Michael grew up in Indiana and spent some time in California before moving to the DMV. He works as a software engineer, and enjoys balancing out the logical problem-solving of work by singing along to musicals and reading fantasy books curled up next to his cat, Katniss. Michael enjoys biking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and skiing.
For his Capstone Project, Michael will be activating a Jewsh affinity space at his workplace. Michael noticed that unlike the New York and London offices, the DC office lacked a space for Jewish colleagues to come together. He will host a Hanukkah gathering for his Jewish colleagues, and plans to organize future holiday gatherings to create opportunities for Jewish colleagues to connect.
